My first run after twisting my ankle. Felt pretty good. I think I will be able to run in 2 weeks for the race. I had it wrapped with a bandage for just a little bit of support. Ran the mile loop around my house. Wasn't really pushing it and turned out to be pretty fast. Almost my best for 3 miles. | |||
