Ran inside on the treadmill. Set it for about 6.3 mph. Did slow down a bit after 1.5 miles. At 2 miles found that my foot was bothering me. The 7 miles on the weekend kind of aggravated it. Decided to stop and ice it down. Will do that this week and maybe do the elliptical on Thursday instead of running. That should allow it to recover for the race Saturday. | |||
